How to Delete Your Account

From the MyStory Mobile App

1. Open the MyStory app on your device

2. Go to Settings → Account Settings

3. Tap "Delete Account"

4. Follow the confirmation steps

Alternative Method:

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at [support@mystory.global] with:

- Your registered email address

- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

- Brief reason for deletion (optional)

What Happens Next

- Account deletion is processed within 30 days

- You'll receive a confirmation email once complete

- Some information may be retained for legal or security purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy

- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
